What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard. We also accept payment through PayPal for your convenience.
How much is shipping?
Regular post $10 | Express post $15. All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post.
I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
You will be notified via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 1-3 business days with Express post and 5-7 Business days with Regular post from the day you receive your dispatch email.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If you order over the weekend or on a public holiday your order will be dispatched the next business day.
How do I care for my t-shirt?
Just like your trusty mountain bike, your t-shirt needs a little TLC too! Here are some basic care instructions to keep your t-shirt looking fresh:
- Cold machine wash
- Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing (protect the print)
- Use mild detergent
- Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
- Air drying is best: Hang the shirt to dry on a clothesline or drying rack. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can also fade the print.
- Iron on low heat. Do not iron print.
How can I exchange my purchase for another size?
We're happy to help you exchange your purchase if it doesn't meet your expectations. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Contact our team at info@tyredrider.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Step 3: Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions.
Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
We reserve the right to inspect all items for exchange and may refuse a refund if we feel the product has been worn or used in any way. Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without contacting us first.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges. You'll be responsible for the return shipping fees.
However, if the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, we'll gladly cover the return shipping costs. Just reach out to our team, and we'll assist you further.
What is your return policy?
We will happily refund your online purchase or part of your purchase providing you contact us at – info@tyredrider.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and returns are shipped back within 28 days of return confirmation, with the exception of Christmas gift purchases. The item must be in the same condition you received it in. The item must not be worn/used and include all tags and packaging where applicable.
We reserve the right to inspect all returns for refunds and refuse a refund if we feel the product has been worn or used in any way. Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without contacting us first.
